SIR - All this trouble in Worcester... stone-throwing, tyre-slashing, broken fences in Cherwell Close. Now 10 yobs leaving their victim in a heap on the floor.
All these nasty individuals should have no less than 12 strokes of the birch. Perhaps if all this happened to the do-gooders, then maybe they might help us to bring back the birch, and also reduce crime.
