Baker headed the winner in the second half to keep third place Green in touching distance of the leaders Atherstone.
Green had came from behind in the first half when Adrian Knox latched onto Shaun Williams' cross to score.
Manager GJ Singh said: "We started slowly, but improved a lot in the second half and could have scored more."
