A 33-year-old woman who asked three witnesses to change their evidence in exchange for payment has been given a nightly curfew by a judge.
Joanne Baker, of Harold Evers Way, Kidderminster, pleaded guilty to three counts of perverting the course of justice.
The charges state that she asked Claire Newhill, Lynette Sloan and Connie Walker to change their evidence over an accident on July 28, 2004, to help her make a false claim to the Hastings Direct insurance company.
Mr Dele Alakija, defending, said she had a drink problem and had been under treatment for a psychiatric illness.
Judge Andrew Geddes adjourned the case at Worcester Crown Court for pre-sentence and medical reports.
He gave Baker bail and ordered her to stay at home daily from 7pm to 6am and to make no contact with prosecution witnesses.
