CADBURY Schweppes, the world's largest confectionery manufacturer, said it was selling its US-based Holland House brand of cooking wines to the food maker Mizhan Americas for £21m.
The maker of Dairy Milk chocolate and Dr Pepper drinks said the sale was part of its strategy to dispose of non-core assets.
Earlier this year the group sold its European soft-drinks business, inc-luding the brands Orangina, Oasis and Schweppes mixers, to private equity consortium.
for £1.2bn. The group's only remaining Schweppes business is in the US and Australia.
