SIR - I see that rubbish has been left in the street at Avon Road.
We know that wheelie bins are now in action and being used. I fail to see why the black bags of rubbish were not thrown on to the rubbish wagon and got rid of, rather than leave it hanging around smelling and germs spreading. The culprits are not going to own up to it, are they? Stray dogs and cats could go through the sacks, also it would also encourage rats.
The streets are filthy enough. These bags of rubbish should have gone with the other rubbish.
