SHORTLY before Christmas we sang carols outside Waitrose store in Droitwich and I would like to say thank you to the shoppers for their generosity - and trust they were reminded of the real meaning of Christmas.
Several of our church choir had also been invited to sing in Waitrose store during the store's Christmas evening on December 7 and again I would like, via the Advertiser/Messenger to thank the store for their welcome and generosity.
On December 22 we raised £174.50 - this will be sent to National Children's Home along with the other monies raised.
