THE group celebrated its 80th birthday on November 25 with a dinner at The Hundred House, Great Witley, attended by members and friends.
The Shrinkin' Violets entertained with songs from each of the eight decades.
On December 7 the annual meeting was held, when Julie Jeacock was re-elected president.
Again the Shrinkin' Violets provided the entertainment, including their individual version of On the Good Ship Lollipop.
