POLICE fear missiles being thrown at passing vehicles in Stourport could lead to people being seriously injured.
Objects such as stones and bricks have been thrown from the Kingsway area next to Burlish Top and in up to four incidents the missiles have been found inside cars.
Police are appealing for anyone with information about who is throwing the objects to come forward.
Stourport beat manager, PC Andy Brooks-Davies, said: "This is extremely dangerous and we are taking it very seriously.
"We are determined to find out who is responsible and put a stop to it."
