MYSTERY surrounds the closure of a Kidderminster furniture store, owned by former Harriers footballer, Richie Appleby.
Applebee Interiors, based in Green Street, opened in February last year but, less than a year later, it has closed its doors to the public without warning.
The store sold a range of quality furniture.
Mr Appleby was unavailable for comment.
