SIR - We hear a lot about discrimination these days. The worst case at the moment is computer online discrimination against those of us who do not have computers.
People can save 10 per cent on their shopping with online - and there are competitions you can only enter by this method. Not everyone can afford a computer. The phone bill is enough to contend with.
