ONE more week of hard training and I should be ready to play again!

I might have gone to Montpellier but I think another full week of training will put me in a better state than just playing 20 minutes rugby over there.

I am pretty much pain-free now and hopefully I will be fit to play the full 80 minutes against Bristol.

And I couldn't be more excited about getting back. It is never nice being injured and it is always very frustrating. I'm really looking forward to getting out there and playing some rugby. I haven't done any contact yet but I'm there or thereabouts.

It's very nice to be in the England squad but, at the moment, I'm just concentrating on getting fit and playing for Worcester.

It was good on Saturday to run the water and I would rather do that than stand in the crowd. At least I feel that I can do something when I'm on the touchline.

It is hard watching in the crowd and it was more enjoyable on Saturday than it has been for the last few weeks.

We made a few unforced errors against Amatori Catania but we did the job and we managed to get a bonus point, which is what we wanted to do.

It sets up this weekend and now we've got to go to Montpellier and win.

We may have beaten them and scored five tries when they came to Sixways in October but French sides are notoriously bad travellers.

We were pretty good up front that day and they have got a bit of respect for our pack but it will be a big battle up front.

It will be hugely physical because that is the way the French forwards play. Throughout French rugby, that is the way they play.

Playing rugby in France is quite a challenge. It is very hard to explain to anyone who hasn't played there but it's a hugely physical game over there and the crowds are very partisan.

It will be a big test for the guys that aren't used to playing in France.

The mood in the camp is very good at the moment. We've had some disappointing results but we got a win at the weekend. We must do the same tomorrow.

We've held things together pretty well despite picking up a few injuries and if we can get a couple of wins now it will set us off again.

The European Challenge Cup is important to us but we haven't given up on qualifying for the Heineken Cup through the league.

I think any one of four or five sides around the middle of the table could still get that fourth spot. There's a good chance that Sale or Leicester will win the European Cup, which will mean another team going through from the Premiership.

The league is very much alive. What we have got to do is get on a run.

Sale, Leicester and Wasps were always going to finish in the top three but I think, after that, it's still pretty open.

I think if we can win the next couple of games it will make a big difference and we haven't given up on the league yet.
