A PLAN to create new industrial units in Upton, has been submitted to Malvern Hills District Council.
G W Price, of Prices Lane, submitted the application for land off Rectory Road.
Agent John Price said: "The land is just outside the settlement boundary and this is just an attempt to establish whether industrial use is feasible for the site.
"There are no concrete plans to develop industrial units there."
