SIR - Before they build the multi-storey car park at the Royal Hospital may I make some suggestions? First, it is only for the hospital staff; second, the most they charge the lower paid staff is 50p a day. Worcester City Council owns it, so any profits go back to the council who could then plough it all back into the upkeep of the car park.
