RESIDENTS concerned about the future of the Redditch and Bromsgrove Primary Care Trust (PCT) will have the chance to share their views at a second meeting in the town.
The Redditch and Bromsgrove PCT has reassured townspeople there will be a follow up to yesterday's lunchtime meeting discussing its possible merge with Worcester PCT.
Advertiser readers expressed concerns they could not attend yesterday's town hall meeting because it was being held during the working day. Greenlands man Neal Stote wanted the chance to have his say because he thinks the merge will weaken the fight to save the hospital from being downgraded. "It's no good having a meeting in the day because no-one can attend. They can't expect such important matters to be covered in a half an hour lunch break," he said. The second meeting will be held on March 9 at 7.30pm, at a venue yet to be confirmed. For details call the PCT on 507063.
