MEDIA agencies in Worcestershire are being challenged to pitch their work against the rest of the country in the second Annual Fresh Media Awards.

Launched in 2005 the awards are designed to acknowledge regional talent across every discipline of the industry and are open to all agencies and media owners outside London.

This year sees the award split into 13 categories, five aimed at agencies, five aimed at media owners and three that span the whole industry.

A Grand Prix Award will also be made to the most outstanding entry although that category does not invite entries.

The Fresh Media Awards team up with all of the UK's leading regional publicity associations to search for the true stars of the media industry.

The deadline for entries is Tuesday, February 28 2006.
