A POPULAR Kidderminster store is being offered for sale at a London property auction.
Allsops, one of the country's leading property auctioneers, will offer the building, occupied by WH Smith Books in High Street, at the guide price of £1.45million, next Tuesday.
Tenants, WH Smith, will continue to lease the building for the next eight years.
