KIDDERMINSTER under-14s had their scoring boots on as they ran in 13 tries to batter Bridgnorth 77-7.

Charlie Evans led the way with five, while Robert Owen got a hat-trick, Ewan MacDonald scored two and Rob Needham, Patrick Williams and Alex Parsons also scored.

There was some excellent support play and tackling from George Hill, Josh Webster and Jonathon Bissett.

KC's under-11s had mixed fortunes as they lost 31-0 and won 14-15 against Dudley Kingswinford.

Aaron Pooler scored two tries, both converted by Francesca Short, as the commitment and team spirit they had shown in the defeat, was rewarded in the victory.

KC's under-16s edged a close match with Bridgnorth 15-10 with a strong and committed display.

Trailing 10-0 at the break, they recovered with tries from Pete Macbeth and Simon Lowe, who also added a conversion and a drop kick.

KC's under-13s produced a very good performance on a sticky pitch to win 15-7 at Bridgnorth.

The forwards dominated play, producing a platform for the backs to score. There were two tries for Dan Edwards and one for Anthony Lock.

Chaddesley Corbett under-10s ran out 30-5 and 20-5 winners in their two clashes with Ledbury.

Louise Ellesmore got a hat-trick with Jonty Newbould scoring two and Zach Walker one in the first win.

Alex Lloyd scored all four tries during the second success which included superb tackling from Walker and Jack Vaughan.

Chaddesley under-16s enjoyed a comprehensive 47-7 victory over Kidderminster Carolians with Bob Lawrenson, Wayne Cooper, Richard Fry, Steve Smith and Sam Bower among the scorers.

The under-16s were also in fine form to end Old Saltleians unbeaten home record with a 22-10 win. Lawrenson scored two tries and Bower and Fry were also on target against a physical side who had a player sent off.
