I WAS annoyed to see the damage done by vandals to the ambulance belonging to Kidderminster and District Disabled Club.

I am a founder member of this club and have been involved with it since 1957.

We have only just finished having raffles etc to raise money to pay for the ambulance.

I use it every fortnight with other members, some in wheelchairs, to go to meetings.

I think the culprits should be sent to prison and told to pay for repairs, and to give a large amount of money towards the cost of buying it, as it was quite expensive.

It will be used this year if we go on holiday, so that we can take extra wheelchairs, walking frames etc for members who might need them.

The culprits will get old themselves and may become disabled too. Then perhaps they might remember what they did to our ambulance and feel sorry.
