PROSPECTS for a new Malvern community hospital moved a step closer this week when South Worcestershire Primary Care Trust formally approved a business plan.
The trust will now submit the plan to West Midlands Strategic Health Authority.
Trust chief executive Paul Bates said: "Once SHA approval is gained we will be looking for a creative developer from the independent sector to work alongside us to come up with an imaginative scheme which is affordable."
