KIDDERMINSTER Harriers boss Jan Molby admitted he is going through the lowest time of his life after his side crashed to a 3-1 Nationwide League Division Three defeat against lowly Lincoln City at Aggborough last night.

It was Harriers third reversal on the trot during which time they have conceded 12 goals.

Afterwards, Molby said: "It's just about the lowest time of my life. This is horrific. It's three consecutive defeats now. Prior to that we had a little unbeaten run of three games, but before that we had another horrific run.

"The run since January 1 against Torquay has been unbelievable. It's no good talking about some of the qualities we have if we can't do the basics."

Defensive frailties were again a major problem for Harriers who made three changes from the side thrashed 5-1 at Blackpool on Saturday.

The Imps took the lead in the 22nd minute through Paul Smith and added a second five minutes before half-time through Peter Gain. Substitute Stewart Hadley gave Kidderminster a brief glimmer of hope in the 73rd minute when he scored the best goal of the match with a cracking 20-yard drive.

Any thoughts of a fightback, however, were dashed four minutes later when Lincoln wrapped up their second successive away win with a James Dudgeon goal.

Molby admitted that all the Lincoln goals could have been avoided and added: "Whoever the opposition are at the moment we can't deal with it, whether it's individually or as a team."

He now plans to show the players the errors of their ways by making them watch videos of the last two games.

"I can't keep telling them. What we are going to do now is show them. We'll go through the two videos step by step. It will probably take a long time, but it's the only way to get through to them.

"I actually counted eight mistakes for the first goal in the space of 30 seconds. If you do that's it's horrific."

The only plus point for Kidderminster was the encouraging display by winger Thomas Skovbjerg who was drafted on as a 53rd minute substitute.

It was his first Football League appearance after being sidelined for a year with cruciate knee ligament damage.
