NETBALL teams from schools across the county took to the court on Saturday to compete in the Catholic Teachers Association (CTA) Netball Tournament.
The event, which was held at St Mary's Convent School in Battenhall, included an under nines competion as well as a tournament for the under 11 age group.
Chaddesley Corbett's Winterfold House claimed the under 11 title, while St Mary's came second and St Joseph's, Malvern were third.
St Wulstan's RC Primary School, from Stourport, celebrated lifting the under nines crown.
Runners-up were St Mary's Convent and Winterfold House claimed third place. St Wulstan's headteacher Chris Wilkins said: "Everybody at St Wulstan's is very proud of the team for winning the Under Nines title.
"They played very well, but more importantly everybody did their best, and that is all we ask of them.
"The tournament was very enjoyable and really well supported."
