BROMSGROVE School's under-14s boys' team made history, as they became the first side from the senior school to win the Midlands Outdoor Hockey Championships on Sunday.STICKING IT TO THE OPPOSITION: The under-14s outdoor hockey team from Bromsgrove School are Midlands Champions.
The team made history in Cannock by defeating Bridgnorth 5-1 to book their place in the national finals.
Jon Holloway opened the scoring from a corner and Bromsgrove took control.
Bromsgrove grabbed a second, before Bridgnorth pulled a goal back.
However, Joel Dudley (2) and Ben Cox made sure of victory.
Teacher Rachell Scannell said: "What the boys have done is very special.
"The team have made history in the senior school."
