GLENICE Yates was the February 27 demonstrator starting with the group's golden anniversary in mind. This display contained yellow rosebuds, double tulips, carnations and gerbera.
Next came a circular arrangement of foliage in an urn and a pyramid of flowers.
Marguerite Stokes and Frances Bashford won the competition.

Preparations are in hand for the flower festival at Westley Methodist Church on July 22-23.
At the March 27 meeting Diane Pritchard will demonstrate "Let us go then you and I". The members' competition will be for a petite arrangement entitled "A whisper of spring".
Visitors will be welcome at the Social Day Centre, New Street, Stourport at 7.30pm.
