PARISH COUNCIL: PC Gail Greenhouse introduced herself as the temporary beat officer for the parish. She informed councillors that as from October 1, the Littletons, Pebworth, Honeybourne, Offenham and Bretforton will be an integral area policed by a local police officer, community support officer and a special constable.

Flood Alleviation: The works in North Littleton were proceeding. With the co-operation of the parish council an official opening is to be arranged by the Environment Agency.

Speed Signs: On the question of a solar-powered sign on Cleeve Road, the provision of this is being investigated by Worcestershire County Council.

Play Area Equipment: Brochures have been obtained for a decision to be made on the possible equipment to be purchased and the cost. Volunteers from the village are required to assist in achieving this project. Should you wish to be involved, contact any member of the parish council.

Electricity Supply: A letter had been received from Central Networks stating that the upgrade of the present system now has to take into consideration the proposed extension to the caravan site at Offenham.

Grit Bin: A bin is to be placed at the top of Blakes Hill. A request has been made for a bin to be placed at the top of the Fish and Anchor Bank.

Parish games: Following the senior table tennis team gaining runners-up position in the games, a letter is to be sent to Ken Baker thanking him for his involvement in the games and work with the youth.
