KIDDERMINSTER Carolians comfortably proceeded to the last four of the North Midlands Shield with an excellent performance and 13-5 victory over Droitwich.

A Chris Jones try converted by Iain Crockett was not enough to prevent KCs seconds losing 13-7 to Old Halesonians.
KCs third secured the Merit League title with 12 tries and nine conversions in their thumping 78-12 win over Ledbury.
