A MOTHER and daughter have been cleared of assault after the prosecution offered no evidence.
Trudy Knight, 40, and her 21-year-old daughter, Jodie, both of Jubilee Drive, Kidderminster, had denied assaulting Judith Evans and causing her actual bodily harm.
They were given not guilty verdicts at Hereford Crown Court.
The women agreed to be bound over in the sum of £100 each to keep the peace.
