Yate Tn 1, Evesham Utd U-15 1
A SCRAPPY game played on a hard and difficult surface ended all-square.
The highlight of the morning was the goal from Adam Styles that gave United the lead.
The visitors endeavoured to play football against strong opposition, but they failed to build on their lead.
And, with Town always posing a threat, the equaliser arrived late in the second half.
Sutton Coldfield District 2,
Evesham Utd Robins U-8 2
EVESHAM'S youngsters put on a brilliant display against strong opposition from the Midlands and turned what was a heavy defeat last year into a more than creditable draw.
Indeed the Robins went 2-0 ahead thanks to great finishes from Callum Stayte and Jordan Nailor and they were held together well at the back by Owen Robinson, Sam Brookes and James Hornblow.
Despite conceding two goals before the end, Evesham held out with Keiron Gadsby having another great game in goal.
