SIR - I have read with interest the letter from Eoin McCarthy of Ebrington Road, Malvern, who is going to take legal action against the MOD for the low-flying exercise that was recently conducted in the area.
Can he explain how low-flying aircraft are causing "loss of earnings" and how they are causing damage to "life and livelihood" in the area? I live in a area where these aircraft fly and they have not caused me any concern. These aircraft need to fly as much as possible to keep this country safe and free so that people like Mr McCarthy can keep complaining.
