ALWAYS a great supporter of Worcester businesses, the city's mayor Councillor Aubrey Tarbuck dropped in when Fredrix hair and beauty salon in London Road unveiled its new face recently.
Formerly 1st Hair, the premises now has a new owner in Bex Grogan and a new name. Bex bought the business from Lisa Devlin, who will continue to work in the salon together with Sue Bird, who is also a lecturer in hair care at Worcester College of Technology.
A new arrival is manageress Jodie Thompson, together with nail technician Casita Brown. All treatments can be carried out, including extensions, pedicures and hair braiding.
Bex Grogan has been a hairdresser for 17 years and trained at Raymond International College in Birmingham. Mr Tarbuck said: "It is great to see business adventure in Worcester. I wish Bex and her team all the best for the future."
