AN Alcester author and keen rambler has just penned another book to help readers explore the countryside.
Roger Noyce, of Horton Close, has just had his new guidebook Pocket Pub Walks in Staffordshire published.
The footpath guide has 15 walks ranging from three to six miles long and is aimed at anyone who enjoys a good ramble in the countryside.
Each walk has details of distance and terrain, information on how to get to the start, places of interest along the way and a recommended pub which serves good food.
Mr Noyce, who has lived in the area for 11 years, has had several other walking guides published including Pub Walks for Motorists: Shropshire, Staffordshire and West Midlands and Waterside Walks in Staffordshire.
He also writes articles for local and national publications.
Pocket Pub Walks in Staffordshire is published by Countryside Books and costs £4.99.
