DESPITE her recent Oscar success, Reese Witherspoon is here doing what she does best - playing a fluffy character that all us girls both love and loathe.
Witherspoon plays Dr Elizabeth Sanderson, who is shocked to find David (Mark Ruffalo) has moved into her apartment.
With comic moments aplenty, the pair try to get to the bottom of various problems, like the fact David is the only person who can see Elizabeth.
Without giving away exactly what happens at the end, you probably already predicted the ending is a happy one - sugary sweet but great all the same.
Witherspoon and Ruffalo work brilliantly alongside each other as we watch their tense relationship blossom into a wonderful romance.
It's not too long, nor too trite but with just enough loveliness to put a smile on your face and restore your faith in love.
