IT has been a solid silver season for the Energie Fitness squash team.
Not only did the Battens Drive club clinch the Worcestershire County League title but they also finished runners-up in the League's Knockout Cup.
Now captain Stuart Harris hopes the team at the former Club Ventura can go on and repeat their success next season.
"It has been a good year for us as we have only lost one match all season," Harris explained. "We won the Division One title by around 60 points.
"We were only promoted to Division One two seasons ago. We finished around halfg-way last time but then brought in World ranked player Adam Stevenson who played number one in some of this season's key matches."
Other members of the Energie Fitness side are Dean Jackson, James Bralee, John Whitehead and Mark Field.
And Harris secured yet another piece of silverware when he won the club's own racketball championship, seeing off the challenge of more than 30 other players in the process.
