MARTIAL artists from Bromsgrove showed off their high-kicking skills at the ITS British Taekwondo Championships at the Forest Glades Leisure Centre.

Fighters from all over the country descended on Kidderminster to take part in the competitive divisions and anti-bullying demonstations.

Members of Bromsgrove ITS Taekwondo Club enjoyed a fine tournament by winning several categories.

Archie Freer, Zak Bennett and Lee Grazier won their fights in the patterns division, while Chloe Jones and Chris Nicholls came second.

Callum MacLean, Elaine Grazier and Lee Grazier won their sparring categories and Zak Bennett, Chris Nicholls and Kate Holzer were runners-up.

Event organiser John Swift said: "The event was a fantastic day for all - students, friends and families. It was conducted in the fun and sportsman like manor intended, which is full credit to all those involved."
