REDDITCH Fire Station opened its doors to residents and visitors on Saturday.
The Birmingham Road station held firefighting and car cutting demonstrations as well as an array of fun activities including a bouncy castle and children's rides.
Station manager Ian Prust said they had about 1,000 people visit the station, who enjoyed the demonstrations and activities.
"There were lots of stalls, lots of kids activities and we managed to get our safety message across to people in a fun way," he said.
