we visited Meadow Farm Nursery where our hosts were Rob and Diane Cole, who were our guest speakers last August.
They told us about the establishment of their hardy plant nursery at Meadow Farm. It was a treat for us to see the results of their perseverance and very hard work, both in the nursery and the beautiful garden they designed, built and planted themselves.
Most of our cars left laden with plants from the immaculate nursery after a lovely sunny evening spent browsing and relaxing. Our next meeting will be held next Wednesday when nurserywoman Elaine Horton will bring a bucketful of seasonal stuff from her garden to talk to us about. The meeting will be held at the village hall, Chaddesley Corbett, at 7.30 for 8pm. Guests are very welcome. For more information, please call Jean Smith on 01527 861437.
