WORCESTER residents are being urged to get their glad rags on for a charity ball in aid of charity.
The black-tie event at the Guildhall on Friday, June 30, is the fifth annual ball organised by parents at Little Lodge Nursery and is raising funds for Noah's Ark Trust - a county-based charity working with bereaved children - and also for the Meningitis Foundation.
Guests will be greeted by Sam the Saxophonist before sitting down for a delicious three-course meal and coffee, with musical accompaniment accompanied by the Vigornia String Quartet.
A raffle and auction with quality prizes including a hot tub for a week, and a Harry Potter poster signed by the director Chris Columbus, will be followed by live music from Breach of the Peace and a fun casino.
