AN entrepreneur who invested £100,000 to help redevelop a part of Redditch 10 years ago is making another offer Advertiser readers won't want to refuse.

Paul Manning, who used to live in Redditch, is giving residents the chance to win £100,000 cash following the launch of his new book, x7.com

The book has been billed as the ''entrepreneurs bible'', giving would-be businesspeople advice on how to make their first million.

Inside the first 100,000 copies of the book is a unique numbered sticker.

One of these numbers will then be drawn from a hat and announced on Central News later in the summer, with the winner scooping the prize.

"As I am originally from the town, I would love the winner to be from Redditch," said Mr Manning, who moved to Solihull seven years ago.

Among many business ventures, the 40 year old invested £100,000 to create the Basement Club at Millsorough House a decade ago, regularly featuring in this paper.

As well as the £100,00 cash prize, he is also offering a further £50,000 to a resident with the best business idea.

"It doesn't matter if you are on the dole, bankrupt or a single mum at home, I want to hear your business idea," he said.

Grant application forms are available on Mr Manning's website www.x7.com

Some of the proceeds from book sales will go to charity, including Acorns Hospice, Childline and Birmingham Children's Hospital.

Copies are available from the website or from bookshops nationwide.
