EVESHAM based Piranha Yamaha Racing team and TT partners Bui-ldbase finished third in their first attempt at the Isle of Man Super-sports Junior TT.
John McGuinness confirmed his place in TT history with a tenth win on the island while setting a new lap record of 123.975mph.
Ian Hutchingson finished in second place, Bruce Ansty was third, while Jason Griffiths, on the Buildbase Piranha Yamaha, finished in fourth place following a titanic battle with Ian Lougher.
Scrutineers later announced that it had been discovered that the McAdoo ZX6-R machine of Hutchingson was in breach of TT rules on motor specifications and disqualification followed resulting in Ansty being promoted to second and Griffiths earning a podium position.
