The home side led throughout a match that they eventually won 123-95. The highest winning rink was skipped by Dave Harding and also included Alan Jones, Reg Simmons and Bill Hawkins.
Other winning rinks were skipped by Roger Powell, Neil Brereton and Bryan Rooke.
