BUILDBASE team boss Dave Worthington admits he will be disappointed if at least one of his riders isn't on the podium when the British Superstocks role into action again this weekend.

The Redditch-based outfit has had some wretched luck over the past few weeks and Worthington is hoping all that can be put behind them at Snetterton for round five of the

championship.

There has been a six-week break for the riders after the Irish leg at Mondello Park was abandoned.

"It will be good to get back on the circuit after the farce of Mondello when the track was flooded," Worthington admitted.

"We are now hoping that this can be the turning point for the whole season.

"It is about time that John Laverty's luck changed. He was leading at Oulton when he crashed out and then he was on the front row at Mondello only for the race to be abandoned.

"We are also hoping that we can get the set-up right on Tristan Palmer's bike as he has had problems with the suspension."

Palmer has spent a few days testing at Mallory Park where his technicians have been tweaking the set-up ahead of the Snetterton event.

Worthington added: "I'm hoping we can have a good weekend - qualifying on the front row and a podium finish at the end."
