I WOULD like the owner of the German shepherd dog that attacked my dog at around 10.30am on Monday, June 5 on Gilbert Scott Way, Kidderminster, to know the consequences of not keeping their dog on a lead and under control.

My dog was hurt in the attack and I am faced with a vet's bill of around £130.

Luckily, I have insurance but I still have to pay the excess of £65 and my dog had to have a general anaesthetic so that he could have stitches in the wound.
