SIR - After reading Dianne Carr's recent letter, I was amazed by her depth of ignorance regarding the Magna Carta and the British Constitution. With all due respect, I wish to point out that Britain does not have a written constitution - in fact it is made up as we go along. Neither do we have a bill of rights - as far as the Act of Settlement goes it's merely a religiously biased document.
