A PACKED Artrix theatre revelled to the energetic and rhythmic performance of 'Catshill Boys Choir' and 'Out of the Blue' on earlier this month.
There are few times that I have seen such a mix of all male talent compliment each other as I did on this occasion.
Oxford University's 'Out of the Blue' held the audience in anticipation before the boys from Catshill Middle School delighted the crowd with a seamless melody of foot-tapping mood-swinging rhythm. The sing, ping, ring, buzz, boom, bang and the finger-clicking audience delivered a finale that echoed and reverberated around the theatre and into the car park as we left.
This was a magical evening that was a triumph for youth and truly demonstrates the value of investment in the arts both in Bromsgrove and nationally.
