A 31-year-old man has appeared at Worcester Crown Court accused of murder outside a canalside public house in Stourport.
Stuart Heath, of Bridge Street, Stourport, was remanded in custody for a plea and case management hearing on October 3.
He is charged with murdering 46-year-old Philip Green, of Gilgal, Stourport, on June 10.
Mr Green, who worked for Baggeridge Brick in Hartlebury, was found in the car park of the Bird in Hand in Holly Road and died later in Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
