THE trial of a 40-year-old Lithuanian man accused of a Christmas Day stabbing in Kidderminster has been fixed for August 21 at Worcester Crown Court.
Janusz Suwala, of Greatfield Road, Kidderminster, has pleaded not guilty to the attempted murder of 42-year-old Vidmantas Tolveisa in the town last year.
