AN employee from a prison near Redditch is in line for a top award for his work with offenders.
Steve Perkins, who works at HMP Blakenhurst, is one of the finalists in the QIA Star Awards.
The awards, worth £2,000 each, celebrate those making a difference in the learning and skills sector. The finals will be held on October 30 in London.
