THERE will be animal antics at Birmingham's Crescent Theatre when Troika Productions perform Toad of Toad Hall on September 1 and 2.
This evergreen tale, beloved by countless generations of children and adults alike, transports theatre goers to another world, there to befriend Mole, Rat, Badger and the indomitable Toad.
Adventures abound as the four friends fend off the evil wild wooders and help Toad to overcome his obsession for motorcars and regain his beloved Toad Hall.
The show has been adapted for the stage by AA Milne from writer Kenneth's Grahame's Wind in the Willows book.
Tickets cost £9.50 (£7.50 concessions and £32 for a family of four) and can be bought by calling the Crescent Theatre box office on 0121 6435858.
