HAVE fun and be healthy is the message being promoted at a SureStart fun day taking place in Redditch this month.
The free event will be held at Arrow Valley Park next Wednesday from 11am-3pm and promises a variety of entertainment for families plus advice and activities for keeping healthy.
Activities include crafts, face painting, balloon modelling, a bouncy castle, eyebrow threading and henna painting.
There will also be a balloon race at noon attended by the mayor, Mike Chalk.
SureStart will be joined on the day by HeartStart, the fire service, health visitors, midwives, Action Sport, Redditch Freecycle and road safety officer Barbara Wood.
