REDDITCH VC have appointed a new management team following Steve Sidwell's departure.
Sidwell's number two Jerry Lawrence has taken the reins along with former Redditch United boys under 15s coach David Morgan.
Lawrence has been coach and goalkeeping coach for Redditch United Girls, goalkeeping coach and number two at Redditch United Women and manager of Studley Ladies reserves before moving to Kidderminster Premier outfit VC.
The new team oversaw a 3-3 draw against Birmingham County League Division One visitors Bilton Ajax last week - with Jenna Dedicoat, Olivia Nicholson and Kate Saint on target.
And pre-season continued with an 8-3 thrashing of Birmingham Two side Hopwood on Sunday with Dedicoat hitting a hat-trick and braces for Lianne Cooper, and Tara Bell alongside a Nat Lawrence strike.
VC host neighbours Headless Cross Ladies tonight (ko 7pm) and are planning a charity match against a Supporters XI at the Valley Stadium on Sunday August 27 ahead of the league season.
