A NEW beauty experience opened in Bewdley with a champagne send-off.
The studio, which lies in the heart of the town in Load Street, will also incorporate the Academy of Beauty, which offers two-day fast-track advanced courses for beauty therapists that are recognized by the beauty council BABTAC.
Called Escape To Emily's Day Spa, the business is run by Emily Yarranton.
"I have well over 15 years experience in beauty therapy and I have worked and studied around world in countries as far apart as Hong Kong and Mexico," said Emily. "So I have been able to put together a unique range of beauty experiences. Whether these be spa, holistic beauty therapies or something really special such as a new oriental herbal style massage to relieve aching muscles and joints, we can tailor treatments to individual needs."
The Mayor of Bewdley, Coun Louise Edginton, cut the ribbon to open the new beauty studio.
"I am absolutely delighted that Emily's has chosen Bewdley.
"Its just the sort of business we want here and I wish them all luck and good fortune," said the mayor.
